  4. You are presenting the information that you have studied. You have to know what you are talking about. This is your paper and your study and you will need to make sure that you remember and know the ins and outs of your topic and subject matter.

  16. Your nerves may be shot but don’t skip breakfast. Even if you just have a few pieces of toast, make sure that you eat something.
